Castor Oil Weight Loss
Castor oil is commonly used to improve digestion and metabolism, circulation, treating constipation, mode of delivering drugs to cancer patients, reducing inflammation, menstrual pains and inducing labor pains. It is a laxative that stimulates the bowel movement and helps in intestinal clearing and cleansing.It is used to treat hemorrhoids, which results due to regular constipation. It retains moisture in the intestinal tract and makes fecal passage easier. The maximum dosage that is given is 100 ml. Higher doses are associated with abdominal cramps, diarrhea or vomiting. Frequent use can weaken the colon muscles. You should never attempt this without the doctor's prescription. You may also use castor oil pack over the abdomen to cure digestive tract problems.
Improves liver function: An inefficient liver functioning can hinder weight loss. Liver is known as a fat burning organ as it plays a major role in fat metabolism. Castor oil should not be used by individuals with appendicitis, abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, cramps, intestinal blockages or pregnant and lactating women. These existing conditions may worsen the condition and may be hazardous to the fetus's or child's health.
